After many years I got a chance to dance in the rain... I did a little twirl and swirl with the tress, flowers, grass, birds, hubby and Lil Dumpling :) Little pleasures of life, but oh so treasured moments!

Good morning from dull and grey Yorkshire :) After weeks of sunny spells and fantastic weather, we have now been warned of flooding! Rains are back in Great Britain ~sigh~

Lunch today is simple Udupi-Mangalorean fair. Rice served with Beetroot-carrot-potato kodhel, tomato saaru, okra palya, tovve/dalithoy, potato palya, mixed veg salad and banana, apple and mixed berries juice.

Now that we know all uppercase letters, we begin our lesson on lower case alphabet. I am trying to make it a fun learning as Lil Dumpling is not really in a mood to learn today. 5 more mins and then we will move on to some other thing.

I asked Lil Dumpling to pick the cards showing things that we wear everyday. He included heart with other things! I love this little man for reminding me of little things in life that we take for granted! ♡ I am not his teacher but he is my teacher!

Books, flowers, perfume and cam lens added lil more sparkle to my life! Early morning cuddles and big kiss from Lil Dumpling and a warm hug from Big Dumpling made the day all the more special! It's not really all that bad adding another year and growing a year younger ;)

It took me 7 and half years to decide and be convinced to take British citizenship! From today onwards I am no longer a Indian citizen!!! With mixed feelings I am filling up my British passport application!

At last the temperature has shot up to 26 deg C and it feels like a Summer now! It's really warm enough to sit out in the garden in his little pool today. Watching Lil Dumpling splashing water is more exciting than Wimbledon finals ;)
